error unzipping netcdf-c-4.7.4.tar.gz

We are getting this error in the workflow, I tried from the command line and get the same error.

@edhartnett why are the workflow files named with specific netcdf, hdf5 and pnetcdf versions in the title? Am I supposed to rename the files when I update versions?

Doesn't matter what the name is, you can change them to something more generic, or add new workflow files for new versions.

Unidata is messing around with their HTMP pages. Looks like that link no longer works. Go to the netCDF downloads page to get new links to whatever version you want to test with.
