Create an environment module on Derecho for the LLVM library

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can load an environment module on Derecho with the LLVM libraries built with the default version of GCC

Ideas

  • Store any scripts needed to generate the module in etc/derecho/ (or similar)
  • Host the environment modules in the our (developer's) local glade folders until a more permanent home is found
