Wraps the BigGIM (Gene Interaction Miner) API 'http://biggim.ncats.io/api' to make it Tranlsator SMART API Complient

incorporates Uberon and BTO tissue terms
combines interaction calls into one single call
returns json or the previously returned uri for an interaction csv file
