- added checksum to auto-roll pod if properties changed
- update to tomcat:9.0.76-jre8-temurin-jammy
- allow additional special chars thru' tomcat for solr
- Add tomcat memory options (-Xms, -Xmx, -server)
- fix 404 errors on "open in new tab" for metacatui
