Each layer in the Cesium map has a configuration option for including a PID for an associated dataset that is archived on DataONE. We should add the ability to find this dataset and pull in metadata to display on the map - for example, the layer name and description, and definition and friendly names for the feature attribute table

Update Cesium on add/remove layers collection

- Add listeners for when layers are added or removed from the MapAsset
  collection and update the layers rendered on the Cesium map and the layers
  displayed in the layer list.
