Describe the feature you'd like:
From within the submission form (web editor), include a link to the Ethical Research Practices resource page in the greyed text portion under the heading title in the Methods Section (see screenshot below). This would hopefully help researchers answer their own questions with regards to what ethical procedures they did or did not take throughout the research process.


Additional context:
From Robyn: With regards to editing the submission form, "It’s something that would need to be configurable for each instance of MetacatUI (e.g. the KNB link would be different from the ADC link), so it needs a bit more work than if we could just quickly add in a link."
