Show all authors in citation

Although the citation we provide in the citation modal adheres as closely as possible to APA, we decided that it would be better to display all authors rather than to limit to showing 20 as is the APA recommendation. The rationale is that this citation is the only easy way for users to copy and paste the list of authors, and many users want a complete citation for credit.

Reminder: make sure that citations in the search results are still limited to ~20 authors

This is a temporary measure until we are able to support multiple formats as well as bibtex (#973).

This is now resolved in the develop branch and will be included in the next release (2.26.0). Here is how the citation in the modal appears for the EGRIP water isotope data 21.5 m (meters) to 2120.7 m depth at 10 cm resolution, from continuous flow analysis (CFA) dataset.
