Issue description

The Side navigation component not showing up on Developers/Get Started page - but only seems to be on develop

ESTIMATE TBD

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. go to https://designsystem-dev.cancer.gov/develop/get-started/developers
  2. notice side navigation component is not showing up

What's the expected result?

  • should have a side navigation component

What's the actual result?

  • no side navigation component
