This new documentation should be created for any changes made to our uswds settings to accommodate our version of the design system. Many of the changes will come from parent issue #352. This should include changes to the grid (inclusion of the xl breakpoint) and color token changes.

Additionally, documentation should include design tokens that differ from USWDS. Two related tickets exist for the following tokens that need to be documented:
