Issue description

There are 3 duplicate items in our package.json file in the ncids-css directory.

Please remove the duplicate entries for these three items.

  • usa-fieldset
  • usa-file-input
  • usa-fonts

ESTIMATE small

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open Package.json file in ncids-css
  2. Under excludePackages notice the double entries

What's the expected result?

Only a single entry per item to be exlucded.

What's the actual result?

Double of usa-fonts/usa-file-input/usa-fieldset
