NCIDS For All Pilot - Templates

As a designer, I want to see templates using NCIDS components, so that I can reference suggestions for how to set up my website pages.

To be placed on the documentation site. For displaying these components, we will implement the solution from #439 - screenshot and link to demo on storybook.

• Related to Create documentation page for inner pages #385, as we have pulled in inner page USWDS components
  • Update breadcrumbs on example site
  • Should use other elements of usa-prose
