Welcome to the caTissue Tools Project!

The caTissue Tools contain several tools that integrate with the [caTissue] (https://github.com/NCIP/catissue-core) application. They are developed using Java and require Apache Ant for building.

The caTissue Tools project distributed under the BSD 3-Clause License. Please see the NOTICE and LICENSE files for details.
