Add Woody Canopy Cover to DINO Veg Plots Data Sheet

A Woody Canopy Cover section should be added to the veg plots data sheet for DINO. The WCC section should be exactly the same as for BLCA and CANY. In 2018 at DINO, the crew recorded unrooted, live, woody canopy cover by species. This was a decision made by the crew while in the field, thinking that it would be helpful to provide context for the standing dead cover. As it turns out, this data may end up not being comparable to the long-term WCC data since it was only unrooted and there was no total cover recorded. Starting in 2019, the WCC data will be collected in a consistent manner across all three parks.

In order to accommodate at least some of the unrooted, live, woody canopy cover by species data recorded at DINO in 2018, we would like to have the ability to enter WCC data in the database for DINO starting in 2018.
