Standalone webapp for NIAGADS customized IGV Genome Browser

Requirements

• node v18.16.x+
• git

Installation

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/NIAGADS/niagads-igv-webapp.git

Install node dependencies and build the application

cd niagads-igv-webapp
npm install

Start the webservice

npm start

This should deploy the genome browser at http://localhost:3000/
