Welcome to the TrackAssist wiki!

About TrackAssist

TrackAssist is a program for detecting, segmenting, tracking and computing the lineage of cells in time-lapse microscopy images. The progam was created by National ICT Australia in collaboration with the Walter & Eliza Hall Institute for medical research (WEHI).

An overview of the program can be found in one of the promotional posters (poster #1, poster #2). More in-depth information can be found in the User Guide.

Installing TrackAssist
