Justice has a j:MedicalTreatmentType that extends a more generic nc:TreatmentType. Justice also has elements j:MedicalTreatment and j:MentalHealthTreatment of type nc:TreatmentType. Suggest using j:MedicalTreatmentType instead.

The XSTF (the Justice domain governance body) has decided to convert j:MedicalTreatmentType to an augmentation of nc:TreatmentType. The MedicalTreatment and MentalHealthTreatment elements will stay of type nc:TreatmentType with the Justice additions now available through the augmentation.
