Towards Query Semantic and Knowledge Guided Multi-Span Medical Question Answering

Please create a new environment for the dependencies using the following command:

conda env create -f environment.yml

Activate conda environment after installation by using the command:

conda activate environment

PreProcessing:

 sh scripts/prepro_sentqa.sh

Training:

sh scripts/sentqa_GPU.sh

For baselines:

Please go to respective folder and train as dicussed above.
