As we talked about @AndrewEichmann-NOAA :

  • Fix bug in the j-job (WIPE_DATA=NO)
  • Add the B-matrix j-job in the list of test (right after PREP)
  • Remove the B-matrix section in the RUN script

Don't wipe $DATA before running ocean bmat (#1280)

JGDAS_GLOBAL_OCEAN_ANALYSIS_BMAT reuses the rundir from JGDAS_GLOBAL_OCEAN_ANALYSIS_PREP and so shouldn't wipe the data before running.

Necessary for NOAA-EMC/GDASApp#288
