The addition of analysis of GSI diag stats broke vrfy in ctests (but not in cycling, where it was tested), as GSI doesn't run in the GDASApp soca ctests and produces no cnvstat file. This PR adds error handling for the absence of the file, issuing a warning with an explanation.
