This issue is to document the removal of the following scripts from
ush/EnKF.These scripts were added by @aerorahul as part of setting up a stand-alone GSI and EnKF with the GSM spectral model.
They are out of date and non-functional.
If there are any users of these scripts, please comment on this issue. A PR for removal will soon follow.
