This increases all minimum versions for the hydrotools stub package.

Additions

  • None

Removals

  • None

Changes

  • Various changes in subpackages documented in previous pull requests.
  • Removed the use-feature flag from the testing Makefile as this is no longer needed

Testing

  1. Passed all test.

Also confirmed that subpackages on PyPI are up to date and all tests pass if installed using the superpackage.
