Can't import unitypackage #5

I tried to import X1Unity_3_1_M_2020_12_08.unitypackage, but Unity gave me this error "Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package". My suspicion is that some folders contain Chinese characters (my PC's system language is Japanese), but I am not certain.
