Scope

This release brings a ton of bugfix, performance improvements, and one major feature :
you can now see the scenario rating, give your own rating to the scenarios after playing, and leave comments to the scenario author.

Note to scenario authors: if you wish to see the players comments and additional details for your scenario, please raise an issue in Github and we will give you access to the file.
