This pull request would create a new folder for Approved Materials and establish a policy for properly identifying materials that have been approved by the NPD Governing Board. This policy will be enumerated in the README file of the new folder.
Furthermore, this request adds a PDF proof of the front and back of a proposed business card and a PNG screenshot of the front from the VistaPrint designer.
The motion to approve these materials includes a budget approval of $84 to cover an initial run of 1000 cards, plus a business card holder for outreach events, and a small run of checks for the bank account.
