For example, loading multiple tpks works fine. Then setting some on/off, opacity and order of the tpks, then closing the app and opening it up again makes them disapear. None if visible or available.

Reported by @AnnickMorin and I was able to replicate it on another tablet.

I can't seem to be able to reproduce it for now on the desktop version...

Did a quick test on my personnal computer. Still can't reproduce it. Although I upgrade the minimal required version to match my current sdk and installed the latest UWP SQLite reference, which is 3.29.

Updated min target of W10 and it has fixed #44.

It works fine now, as long as the tablet is updated to version 1809 of W10.
