The compressor rated superheat temp default is stuck at zero and does not allow the file to simulate because OS wanted either a rated return gas temp or rated superheat temp.

Fix RefrigerationCompressor dependent field bug

This only fixes issues NREL#945, NREL#823, and NREL#822 when used through the API,
not in the GUI.
