Search and load .NC file based on GCP filename. Files could be loaded/resampled and added to time series dataset sequentially.

URL pattern: http://web.hypso.ies.ntnu.no/data/HYPSO-1_L1A/erie_2023-05-09_1622Z-l1a.nc

Note that URL uses 'http', not 'https'
