NVDA's self-hosted server sometimes break without recovering #97

Sometimes , when disconnecting from a controlled computer unexpectedly, the server no longer accepts incoming connections. This issue also can happen randomly without the above case. I have not been able to reproduce this issue reliably so cannot provide steps to reproduce. Log fragment is attached.
