This is a noop style change, but it enables implementation of URL_PREFIX with fewer changes.
The JS code looks gnarly, but I can't find another way to do it.

Updating the test suite to allow
DIGITS_URL_PREFIX=/custom-prefix ./digits-testwould be a big undertaking, so I haven't done it yet.
