Feature request: Enter postgres connection parameters via UI

Have users enter their parameters via UI instead of config file. Would probably need a kind of session management / connection pooling in order to enable concurrent sessions

We could also just throw it into localstorage, but then we need to figure out how to pass it to the server with each request.
