bootsrapper registers the IWindsorContainter

Prerequisites

• [x ] I have written a descriptive issue title
• [x ] I have verified that I am running the latest version of Nancy

Description

The bootsrapper registers the IWindsorContainter. I.e. to the container is registered it self as a service.
This is not recommended behavor. Any good way to take it out? I have tried without success.
Maybe by using a typ factory to resolve "stuff" instead of the container?
