I have attempted a fix for all of the crashes in the last section.

• No space left (6c79d65)
• IRAF (88f7463)
• Frame failed to download (a5cdfd0)
• Possibly the two IOErrors are due to the same wavelength calibration issues causing the ValueErrors (5faa4df)
• OSError (e23c013)
• ValueErrors (5faa4df, 423e4ec)
• Interactive Wave Errors (d5dac3c)

Time to chuck them into batch and see if they work!
