Improved reputation growth to give players more control while also making legendary ships more uncommon/special
Added a new loyalty effect that speeds up reputation growth by 25, 50, 100, and 200 percent for Confident, Loyal, Fiercly Loyal, and Inspired, respectively
Added a new bar encounter where various types of "chroniclers" may ask to travel with one of your ships for a several months and document the various adventures it is involved in
By default, chroniclers increase reputation growth rate by 100% for combat ships and 500% for civilian ships
Added settings to adjust the bonuses above: fameBonusFromChroniclersForCombatShips and fameBonusFromChroniclersForCivilianShips
Further stratified xp requirements for each tier, with Famous requiring twice as much and Legendary requiring four times as much
Integrated with LunaLib to add a settings menu
If LunaLib is used then the old settings file will be overridden, otherwise it will work as before
Added three new traits that affect loyalty loss chance, the best of which can only be earned by ships with rugged construction
