Misc. Info.:	The basecon class already supports this. It's just a matter of changing the app to support this in the config & DB instantiation code.

Expected Behavior:
Allow this to be set on a per DB basis like the other DB specific config vars.
Current Behavior:
The app wide DB driver is specified by the config var $DBtype.
