Tweak GFW deforestation green colour

@peacog / @Yash621 The green colour used for the GFW deforestation symbology is very similar / the same as used for CFR polygons in this page view https://forests.stg.envs.utils.nfa.go.ug/asset/799/gfw:

Can it be tweaked to be different - would suggest a lighter brighter green for the GFW deforestation symbol.
