Move NativeScript modules in the app folder #40

Related to NativeScript/android#40.

If the tns_modules folder exists at root level a warning will be displayed and the NativeScript modules search path will change to be backwards compatible.

At the moment modules are searched either in tns_modules or app/tns_modules. We should remove the backwards compatibility when the CI/CLI are updated with this change and close the issue then.

Be sure to clean the Xcode project if you are updating an old application.

The old behavior will be removed in future, see #88
