YOUR-BIRTHDAY

A birthday discovery tool that tells the magic in your birthday.

Description

"your-birthday" is a web app built with the spring framework. It helps users discover various horoscope traits by entering their birth date.

App features :-

This app displays the following informations:
1. Zodiac sign (discover your zodiac sign)
2. Day of birth (which day you were born on)
3. Your exact age (in days, months and uears)
4. Chinese birth year (your chinese birth animal)
5. Until next birthday (days left)
6. Birth stone
7. Time alive (Your exact time on earth)

Features

  4. Upgradability: Because of it's loosely coupled architecture, it is very easy and convenient to add new features .

Installation

There are two ways of running the app:

A. Run on web

  1. Open any web browser (most preferably chrome)
  2. Copy and paste the link: (https://your-birthday.herokuapp.com/)

B. Run on local machine

  1. Make sure you have java installed in your PC
  2. Clone the entire project into your pc or copy only the Executable folder to your desired location
  3. Head to the target folder
  4. open cmd and type "java -jar your-birthday-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar"
  5. open browser and open port 1010 (http://localhost:1010/)
  6. Enjoy!
