Add user story for the ability to view cards in hand during gameplay

Added a user story for the player to be able to view the cards in their hand during gameplay. This user story requires the design and implementation of a UI component (e.g. custom HandView view or layout) and integration of the HandView to the game activity or fragment. This commit addresses issues #25 and #26.
