Could you add in some setup instructions to the readme or explain how it works?

decouple.UndefinedValueError: DJANGO_SECRET_KEY not found. Declare it as envvar or define a default value.

Updated readme with details on installation.

@chernogolovka you need to create .env file in root directory with required sensitive fields.
