you can't...

We know, Titanium Backup had this feature. We also discussed it.

Some Android versions ago, we checked how much data changes every day.
We found that almost all apps have changed data.
* Those that don't, have a very small data size (apps like bubble level, calculators etc.), so they do not matter much.
* Those with bigger data usually update it frequently (especially messaging apps).
* The number of files is also much bigger today. Scanning all those data files does not make much sense.

It is easier to have categories (= different schedules) of important and less important apps/data with corresponding backup intervals.
