Duplicit *.ProcessRoot wizard strings #607

I just wonder, why every wizard has it's own *.ProcessRoot, while there is one meant to be used commonly across all wizards above the single wizard strings (Wizard.General.ProcessRoot) ... What is the reason for duplicating this string in every single wizard?
