Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml), [@commitlint/load](https://github.com/conventional-changelog/commitlint/tree/HEAD/@commitlint/load) and [semantic-release](https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release). These dependencies need to be updated together.
