기존에는 각기 다른 CollectionView 2개를 하나의 OuterTableView에 넣어서
각각의 영역은 좌우 스크롤이 가능함과 동시에 전체 스크린은 위아래로 스크롤이 가능하도록 구현했었다.
다음 업데이트에서는 iOS13이 최소버전이 될 예정이므로 Compositional Layout을 통해 리팩토링을 진행했다.
