Fixes compatibility with PaperSpigot 1.14.4 by removing references to classes that are no longer shaded in the server JAR.
The last URL loaded by /help-load <url> is now saved in the configuration and can be retrieved with the /help-url command.
A copy of the raw help text is now saved as plugins/HelpHelp/help.txt.
