Describe the bug
The /roles/{role-name}/users return by default 100 results. Currently the GetUsersByRoleName method do not accept parameters to give the first and last parameters to get more than the first 100 results.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use GetUsersByRoleName to list users on a role with more than 100 users.

I plan on submitting a PR soon to fix it.
