ページIDをリクエストからのみ取得して、3.2系のころのようにブロックIDからフレーム経由でページIDが取得できるようなときにおかしなページIDになってしまうようです。

CurrentLibFrame::getCurrentFrameId()の最初で、__getFrameIdInRequest()でIDが取得できない場合にブロックIDからフレームIDを取得する形にすることで、ある程度以前と同じ挙動になったようです。

このバグにより、マルチデータベースの詳細ページで適切なテーマを使用しないなどの問題を確認しました。
