- Home volumes can now be saved
- Removed presets for home volumes (seemed irrelevant)
- Fixed Show Users page
- Updated to webmin2 APIs for header, footer, etc.
- Collapsed supported Linuxi to the wildcard, removing obsoleted OSes, adding NetBSD
- Added rudimentary make install target
