Re-enable the file type translation configurations. They were disabled back in 2009 with df237c9 arguing that they may be inappropriate for Mac OS X.
With Classic Mac OS being the primary use case for netatalk2, it worth revisiting this, in particular for identification of binary files downloaded from the web directly to the netatalk server file system. F.e. disk images, sit files, zip files, etc.
