This PR moves the Spring Boot fat jar repackaging into it's own project (
genie-app) so thatgenie-webcan continue to be published as a regular "thin" jar and be recompiled into other web applications while simultaneously keeping the convenience of the executable boot jar for OSS deployment.Database fields have also been moved from TEXT to VARCHAR type to improve performance.
