Change view on ntopng redirects on server-manager #6221

Steps to reproduce

  • Install ntopng 4 on nethserver
  • access to ntopng application on cockpit
  • click button "Open Bandwidth monitor app"
    you will be redirected to a ntopng web interface working on port 980

Change view clicking the button left up

Expected behavior
you stay in the ntopng web interface but in a different view

Actual behavior
You are redirected to the NethGUI interface on port 980

It seems that upstream has already fixed the bug.
In testing:

  • n2n-2.7.0-438.x86_64.rpm
  • ndpi-3.3.0-2612.x86_64.rpm
  • ndpi-dev-3.3.0-2612.x86_64.rpm
  • ntopng-4.1.200707-10211.x86_64.rpm

Test case
Check the bug is not reproducible

After the update the service is restarted but it's not listening on port 3000 and crashes after few minutes:

[root@fw 7]# curl http://localhost:3000
Unable to serve requests at this time, possibly starting up or shutting down.

It looks like this behavior is related to this issue: ntop/ntopng#3921

We are closing this issue as CANTFIX
